Dutch soprano Eline Bosma was admitted to Codarts Rotterdam University of the Arts at the age of seventeen, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in classical singing with tenor Marcel Reijans.

She then completed her master’s degree in musical theatre with Prof. Brigitte Geller at the Nuremberg University of Music in 2024. There she sang the role of Belinda in Purcell’s The Loves of Aeneas and Dido. Since then, she has taken on the role of the first girl in Max Ettinger’s opera Der eifersüchtige Trinker in a production by the Pocket Opera Company Nuremberg and sang the role of Nunzia Oreste in Francesca Caccini’s baroque opera La Liberazione di Ruggiero dall’isola d’Alcina as a guest at the Nuremberg University of Music.

As a professional soloist, she has already performed in several oratorios, including Bach’s St Matthew Passion, Haydn’s Stabat Mater, Mozart’s Missa Solemnis and Handel’s Dixit Dominus.

In addition, she collaborates with flamenco guitarist Anoush Saadat on projects that bring the artistic heritage of Spanish female pioneers and the world of Federico García Lorca back to life in a lively combination of song, dance and poetry.

She received lessons from Dutch teacher Margreet Honig and participated in various masterclasses, including with Martin Vácha (University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna). She is currently continuing her studies privately with Prof. Monika Riedler in Vienna.
